These return conditions apply to the following countries: The United Kingdom

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order.

The products can easily be returned.

The actual return costs are at the expense of the customer and must be paid to the shipping service provider. This applies to both unsatisfactory products and a defective product.

For most packages, return labels are included in the box. If not, email us at info@rosemilia.com and we will send them to you digitally. You can then print them and enclose them with the return package.

Please note: Only products in NEW* condition can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return with signs of wear.

*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund within 10 business days via the payment method used by you when placing the order.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

We will not charge you a restocking fee for returned products. Your satisfaction is most important to us and we want to make the returns process as easy as possible for you.
